These conditions aim to define the rights and obligations of our company and its consumers through the online sale of articles submitted by our website www.photographie-art.com

Sales made in this online store are subject to these general conditions of sale and any order placed by the buyer implies acceptance on the content of the policies below.


1. Terms of purchase:

The Photographie-Art.com store reserves the right to modify or change these Shop Policies.

The items offered for sale in the Photographie-Art store are presented and detailed so that all consumers are able to identify the essential characteristics of the products they would like to buy (Article L 111-1 of the Consumer Code). The photos illustrating the descriptions of items are provided for information only and are not contractual.

2. Rates:

Prices are in euros and are exclusive of postage. Prices are not subject to VAT. (Deductible VAT base, Article 293B of the CGI)
The Photographie-Art store reserves the right to revise its prices at any time but is committed to apply the rates in effect at the time of order and, subject to availability on that date.


3. Postage:

The shipping costs are based on the destination of the order.


4. Regulation:

The ordered goods are paid in full and without discount, the method of payment is chosen by the purchaser from those offered in the online shop:

Credit Card
Payments are made securely through Prestashop Checkout or Paypal. The details of your credit cards are encrypted with SSL (Secure Socket Layer) and do not travel unencrypted through the network.

Photographie-Art store does not have access to details disclosed. As a result these details are not stored on the server and are asked again for each new transaction on the site.



Bank Transfer (The customer has 10 days to send the payment by transfer. After this period the order will be canceled.)

5. Shipment of the order - Delivery:

All orders are shipped by La Poste for France and for other countries.

The items listed on the site are in stock and orders are processed daily. The expedition is made within 4 business days upon receipt of payment for in stock items. Canvas print necessitate a 1 to 2 weeks delay before expedition.

The delivery period depends of the Post Office. Generally, for France, delivery is between 48 and 72 hours from the date of dispatch. For Europe there should be a period of about a week.

In all cases, we confirm by e-mail the shipping dates of orders.
Orders sent outside of the European Union may be subject to custom fees and taxes. Buyers are responsible for the payment of these fees or taxes, which amount the Photographie-Art store has no means of knowing prior to shipping.

6. Return an item (Money back, withdrawal ...):

Pursuant to Article 121-16 of the Consumer Code, the buyer has a period of 14 days from receipt of his order to return the product purchased.

Before any return, the customer must first contact the Photographie-Art store by phone or by email. The items should be returned with a tracked shipping mode.

The costs of returning mode are to be borne by the sender. No "paid by receiver" shipments will be accepted by the shop.

Against the party in respect of the above procedure, the Photographie-Art store undertakes to refund or exchange the product within a maximum period of 14 days following receipt of the returned merchandise. If you had asked for express or special shipping, only normal shipping costs will be refunded.

The details of after sales service are shown on your invoice.


8. Retention of title:

According to Law No. 80335 of 12 May 1980, Photographie-Art store retains ownership of the goods delivered until full payment of their price.


9. Devices and Freedoms:

Information requested from the client is required to process and execute his order. Datafiles remain internal to the shop and everyone has a right to access and modify the information on this, in accordance with the Data Protection Act of 6 January 1978.


10. Litigation:

These general conditions of sale are governed by the french law.

Any dispute regarding the interpretation or execution of orders will be reviewed with great care and will be the subject of a proposed settlement immediately. In case of unresolved dispute between the shop and the buyer, only the Commercial Court nearest to thePhotographie-Art store will have jurisdiction in the matter.
